Privacy policy

What we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We receive personal information only when you choose to share it:

• Our request form: your name, phone number, county, and what you need help with, plus your email address if you choose to give it.
• Calls and emails: whatever you tell us so we can help you.

How we use it

We use what you share only to call you back and to arrange the rides or support you ask about. If you give an email address, we send you one confirmation that we received your request. We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we share it only when you ask us to or when the law requires it.

Where it is kept

Requests sent through the form are stored in a secure database (Supabase) that only our staff can sign in to, and a copy is emailed to our office through our email provider (Resend). We keep a request only as long as we need it to serve you and to keep basic records, and then we delete it.

Please keep it simple

The form is for arranging a ride or help, not for medical records. Please share only what we need to arrange your service; we will ask about anything else when we call.

The “How can we help you today?” questions

Your answers to the picture questions on our home page stay in your own browser. They reach us only if you send the request form.

Hosting

Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the date and time, to keep the site secure and running.
